According to Transport Europa IT, a local news agency, the Italian Ministry of Transport stated that the strike will affect the entire freight industry, encompassing areas

such as warehousing, distribution, and port operations, and is expected to impact supply chains, freight transportation, and port operations.

It is expected that a large number of people will participate in strikes at major ports, especially at the ports of Genoa, Trieste, Livorno, and Civitavecchia,

where dock workers have previously established strike pickets.

In addition, railway services will be suspended for 24 hours (from 21:00 on November 27th to 21:00 on November 28th), which may lead to the suspension of train 

operationsand adjustments to routes.
